A complete Mentality Makeover. I had to transform myself mentally and physically and direct my thoughts and mentality to become my best self.
"I Begin Again" is a new beginning, another fresh start (there are a whole bunch of those in life) and as long as I’m here each day I will continue to grow each and everyday and treat it as day one. For me day one has never held a stronger meaning as it does in my life, and for those who’ve known me for any length of time know how true those words really are.
